Cougar Blue is a solvent based dressing that produces a long lasting, wet look shine. Cougar blue gives tires a more satin (natural) look and also renews the appearance of rubber, vinyl, and plastic. It dries thoroughly, never tacky and is great for use on tires, fender walls, rubber trim, bumpers, faded plastics, and four-wheeler and off-road plastics.
