3M™ PB999 General Purpose Fast Dry Adhesive may be used on a variety of substrates: ABS tub surrounds, fabrics, upholstery, foam, felt, cardboard, glass, cork, fiberglass and plastics. It creates quick bonds for temporary and permanent adhesion and can be used to bond polystyrene without surface degradation or damage. The high solids content gives you increased coverage by helping by minimizing soaking into the substrate and maximize its holding power. The adhesive is both water and temperature resistant.
