Fireblock Foam 560249S For and Doors and Windows; 12EA/SHPK
AFCAT Fireblock Foam is a specialized one-component fireblock/draftstop foam designed for wood-frame constructions. This foam is highly efficient and easy to use, with a high yield compared to traditional caulks, mineral wool, and fiberglass. It's capable of sealing gaps around pipes & wires and electrical runs through wall studs. It bonds to various porous materials such as drywall, concrete, wood, stone, and foam, creating airtight seals for thermal and acoustical insulation.
In addition, AFCAT Fireblock Foam impedes the spread of fire and smoke through service penetrations and provides an efficient seal against water, smoke, and toxic gases. It's low pressure, low expansion, and water-resistant when cured. This product is ideal for Type V residential fireblock, as per ICC-ES report ESR.
AFCAT Fireblock Foam comes in a 24 fl oz can and is available in a case of 12 cans. With its unique features and superior performance, AFCAT Fireblock Foam is an excellent choice for sealing gaps and preventing the spread of fire in construction projects.
