Scotch® Filament Tape Dispenser H121 is a comfortable, lightweight metal hand dispenser that features a braking device. The metal construction is durable and can withstand rugged work environments. The comfortable design allows the operator to apply tension with just the touch of a thumb as you dispense the tape. And, with its sharp, carbon steel blade, the dispenser easily cuts filament tape ranging from 1/4 inch up to 1 inch in width. The blade is recessed for added safety.
