Dried film is mold and mildew-resistant, and inhibits rust. Use on interior or exterior surfaces. Sticks to all surfaces and blocks all stains. It penetrates and seals surfaces and will not raise the wood grain. Benefits of water-based formula are: Fast dry, low odor, exterior flexibility. Easy soap and water clean up.
