Adheres to brick, stone, timbers, concrete, metal, slate and wood. -20 to 140-degrees fahrenheit service temperature. 20-minute work time. Cleanup with mineral spirits. Covers 32 lin. ft. with 1/4 bead. Synthetic rubber resin. Withstands environmental extremes installation. Meets SFBC 2309.2(A) 23-b, section 3402.2(C) (16).Cold weather gunnable, no roll-up on frozen lumber
