UL listed 3 hour fire rated, ADA compliant, retrofit hole pattern 12 horizontal x 3/4 vertical measurements. Tri-packed for regular, top jamb & parallel arm applications. Adjustable spring tension, sweep & latch valves.Forged steel, accommodates reveals up to 3-1/4 in, adjustable extension arm
