Forms a strong, tight seal and stays soft and pliable for dry surface repairs. Use as an emergency patching compound that provides good water resistance. Repairs holes, cracks and splits on compositions, smooth, and mineral cap sheet, asphalt coated, SBS modified, metal and masonry roof surfaces. Repairs leaks in shingles, concrete, gutters, around chimneys and eaves. Covers 12-1/2 sq. ft. per gallon applied 1/8 thick or 30 sq. ft. per 5 gallon pail on a 3-course application.
