Operated by key outside and thumb turn inside. Door Prep: 2-1/8 to 1-1/2 in crossbore, 1 in edge bore, 1 x 2-1/4 in latch face. Thk doorness: 1-3/8 to 1-3/4 in standard. 1-7/8 to 2-1/4 in optional. Cylinder: 5-pin SmartKey® cylinder. Faceplate: 1 x 2-1/4 in. Strike: 1-1/4 x 3-5/8 in. Bolt: 1 in throw, stainless steel. Handing: Reversible for right or left hand doors. ANSI/BHMA: Grade 2. ADA: Interior turn piece meets 4.13.9 ADA requirements. Deadbolts with SmartKey® in (denoted SMT) feature allow, in 3 steps, locks to be re-keyed to a spare set of keys. When the spare keys are done being used, the lock can be re-keyed back to the original set of keys, can continually be re-keyed.
